At £5.90, i got myself the PURIFYING MASK. Having used a variety of masks trying to find that special one, ding-dong i’ve found it. “Purifying, remineralising mask for combination to oily skin types”, this mask actually works. In fifteen minutes, or in my case twenty as i forgot to take it off, my skin looked better than it had done in weeks. No longer dull nor stress- embellished, my face looked great bare and felt velvety, which no mask i have used, or at least recently, has done. The smell is divine and it’s to be used around twice-a-week, and with a decent size of 55ml, it should, or at least i am hoping, that it will last a long time.

The EXTRA VOLUME LIPGLOSS at £2.90 (was £6.90) sounds as though it’s a botox-inspired, but at the 57% sale price and the possibility of a little plumping, it was worth the try. The nude gloss, with a hint of colour is great for a quick application before popping out. I can’t say that my lips turned full, quite happily, but the colour stayed, kept my lips motorised for hours and gave them a little more definition and a fuller look. Whether that be due to science or more on the colour and gloss, i can’t say for certain, but it’s a lovely lip-colour and does come in a variety of others.

Show me nail-polish and i’m there! It’s hard to count the amount of colours of NAIL LACQUER they make, so i picked one i knew i didn’t have. At £2.50 (discounted from £3.90), they’re a steal. Buy them all. The colours are strong, not streaky, and so far has lasted me the four days it’s been on, with the exception of the minor chip which i did during application, my fault.

I also needed something to strengthen my nails, and so i opted for the STRONG NAILS base. At £3.50 (from £4.90), it still works out cheaper than many that i’ve seen in stores and in this case, the Kiko one works as well. Containing Vitamin C as well as “without adding harsh ingredients” is a bonus. It’s quick drying and my nails are stronger, with the anticipation of longer usage equaling healthier nails.

My last product was an accessory; an empty 10ml TRAVEL JAR for £1. The range of accessories they carry, including jars, bags and brushes are great, but invest in travel jars as they’re great not just for travel, but emptying all those free sachets from magazines to save on wastage or overuse.

With a total Price of £15.80 for five products which i have been externally happy about, Kiko is worth the visit.
